The First Festival " Artificial Reef Festival-2005 "

Black Sea (i Tarhankut, Crimea, Ukraine) On August, 20-26th 2005a. A team of divers created a Reef Ball by hand using water filled ballons and an upside down mold made by digging a hole in the ground.
