The base plate is built using a 48-inch by 44-inch piece of three-eighth inch plywood. Drill four three-eighth inch holes into the base plate. Each hole is measured 9 inches from the top and bottom of the base plate, and 8½ inches from the sides of the base plate. Insert a mold pin into each hole.
