Process involved mold assembly, concrete mixing and pouring into mold, mold dissembled, clean up. From Todd we learned that each mold will provide habitat to support 300 pounds of biomass per year one-third of which is fish life and the rest is marine life that support fish life...algae, crustacean, coral, oyster, and they are expected to last 500 years. You can do the math if we produce 50 molds thats a lot of fish habitat for the next 50 years. North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries is our other partner who will handle the deployment of the reef into a shallow water tributary of Palmico Sound once we finish construction.
